At the request of my good friend Kenzie, I am making my first attempt at a blog. I have always enjoyed reading the goings-on of my friends but have never had the discipline to be the updater rather than the updatee. I really enjoy writing, so I’m hoping this will prove to be an all-around enjoyable experience…
Tomorrow Lance and I are driving to Oklahoma to see Terra perform in Spring Sing at OC. I’m pretty excited about several aspects of this trip: 1. I get to hang out with Lance for a lot of hours. We’ve always enjoyed car trips together. We talk about the most unusual things, but it’s always a good time. Love him. 2. I get to see my mom, dad, and sister. Love them. 3. I get to see Kenzie and her hubs and her store up in Oklahoma. Love her. 4. I will be away from all responsibility. I won’t have to do any laundry or dishes or vpn into work. Love that. 5. The weather is supposed to be beautiful beautiful this weekend. I love good weather.
It promises to be a good weekend. I’m especially enthused about this becuase it’s been a rather rocky week. Today is a gorgeous day, though, and I am beside myself that it’s Friday… so all is well in my quabicle.
